Having played for renowned football clubs such as Dempo, Panjim Footballers, and FC Bardez in the Goa Professional League, along with representing his state at the nationals, Joyson knows first-hand what it takes to push limits and achieve peak performance.

Joyson’s journey into fitness entrepreneurship began during the COVID-19 pandemic. With gyms across the state shut down, he started training a few friends in small groups. As word spread and more people joined, he witnessed how fitness could create not only physical change but also emotional and mental strength.
