Antigua & Barbuda Carnival 2025

From 25th July to 6th August, Antigua’s streets came alive for the biggest celebration of the year. Carnival 2025 was a whirlwind of feathers, sequins and pure Caribbean spirit, filling the island with music, laughter and celebration. J’ouvert morning saw the sunrise over paint-splattered revellers dancing to booming soca trucks, while the Party Monarch and Calypso competitions kept the music thumping late into the night. The Parade of the Bands turned the city into a living kaleidoscope, with steel pan melodies floating through the air and flags waving high – the perfect finale to a celebration that captures the very heart of Antigua in a joyful explosion of culture, unity and island pride.
