Andrew Lake is a recent graduate who serves as Research and Development Manager at Lakefront Development Group. In this position, he is responsible for conducting market research and carrying out detailed analysis to support commercial real estate development in the Pittsburgh and South Florida markets. His role also involves creating and implementing strategies to identify new investment and development opportunities. With experience in financial analysis, market research, project management, client relations, and quality management systems, he applies his knowledge effectively in his professional environment. Andy Lake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Finance from the University of South Florida. During his academic career, he was recognized with the Green and Gold Scholars Award in 2020, which provided tuition assistance to high-achieving first-year students from out of state. Beyond academics, he was an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity throughout his four years at the university. As Ritual Chair, he upheld the organization’s values and led fundraising efforts for the Huntsman Cancer Institute, showing his dedication to service and community engagement. His early education established the foundation for his achievements. At Marshall Middle School, Lake was named to the Honor Roll during the 2014–2015 school year. Later, while attending North Allegheny Senior High School, he managed to balance academics with athletics, earning multiple Scholar Athlete Awards in football, basketball, and lacrosse. His leadership qualities were further developed through his participation in Summer’s Best Two Weeks Camp, where counselors recognized his positive influence, strong work ethic, and encouragement of peers. He graduated from high school with a 3.6 GPA, was acknowledged as a multi-year Scholar-Athlete, and was a finalist for the John Rullan Lacrosse Scholarship in 2020.
