For 30 years, Bay Harbor Yacht Club has boasted a rich history of bringing families and lifelong friends together. It’s not just a place for dining and cocktails, but a place to relax, meet, to work out and to connect.
There is an ease and familiarity that comes from BHYC being a smaller club with a close-knit community. Yes, the scenery is spectacular, but it’s the members who make the club truly special. There is a true camaraderie here and joining the club or buying a home within the Bay Harbor community opens the door to an elegant lifestyle with no pretention. Neighbors are friendly, club members are social, and the wide variety of amenities support members in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle during northern Michigan’s four seasons.
Winter Membership Fees
Current Schedule of Fees | October 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026
Seasonal membership reserved for individuals who do not own property within the Bay Harbor community. Winter members and their qualified dependents, including children under the age of 24, enjoy full, seasonal access to all BHYC amenities, programs, activities and events. Seasonal access occurs during the months of October 1 – May 31.
*Joining contribution will count as a credit toward a category upgrade when upgrading to a year-round membership.

AMENITIES, DINING & EVENTS
BHYC features two separate dining venues throughout the fall and winter, each with an unique ambiance, offerings, and a cozy, après-ski environment. Takeout and catered food services available. Enjoy themed nights, winemaker dinners, and evening entertainment!

The Grille Room Gastropub Ambiance
The Spa offers a full complement of soothing products and tailored services to combat the winter cold, including member-favorite Hydrafacial.
Wellness
The Wellness Center boasts state-of-the-art cardio and resistance equipment from Technogym, a Peloton spin room, locker room facilities, personal training, golf simulator, and private lessons and fitness classes.
The Racquets Center provides platform tennis for winter play.
Hot Tub
The Aquatics Center features a whirlpool hot tub open year round for a relaxing dip before or after your workout, dining, or spa experience.
Social Programming Special Events
There is something for everyone at BHYC. Club social gatherings, evening babysitting, book club, food and wine events, mah jongg, and sewing club.
Members receive special pricing when hosting weddings, corporate retreats, business meetings, family reunions, birthdays, and anniversaries. Décor and floral assistance can be provided.
