Outside his professional commitments, he is a father of three and a grandfather of five, recently celebrating the achievement of homeownership in Sunrise, Florida, after years of steady employment. He was born in Miami Beach, Florida 1969 and raised in a household deeply connected to Puerto Rican tradition. His early life began under modest conditions, shaped by experiences common among immigrant families. At age three, he and his family relocated to Miramar, moving into a newly constructed home that became an enduring part of their lives. His formative years were spent in multiple schools, including Miramar Elementary, Perry Middle School, and Miramar High School, along with others such as St. Stephen’s Catholic School, Pembroke Christian Academy, American Academy, and The Starting Place, providing him with diverse educational experiences. Edneil pursued vocational education in early adulthood by enrolling at McFatter Vocational Center to study Commercial Vehicle Driving. This program equipped him with the technical knowledge and hands-on training needed to enter the field of transportation. After completing his coursework, he began working as a licensed commercial driver in 1991, specializing in transporting freight and passengers. His career has been characterized by discipline, regulatory compliance, and consistent performance across decades of continuous service.
