TWO ways to join INFINITE POSSIBILITIES
ACTIVE Duty
Enlisted: Full-time service commitment of 4-6 years followed by 2-4 years of Reserve service for a total commitment of 8 years.
Officer: Full-time service commitment of 3-5 years followed by 3 years of Reserve service for a total commitment of 8 years.
Some Navy education opportunities and certain positions may lengthen your initial service commitment.
reserve Duty
Serve part-time, as little as two days per month and two weeks per year, and train near your home.As a Navy Reserve Sailor, you’ll be eligible for:
• Low-cost medical insurance
• 4 days’pay for 2 days served each month
• 401K retirement benefits
Enlisted Sailor
