Dear Readers,
After a short but meaningful hiatus, Full Blossom Magazine is back bigger, bolder, and more beautiful than ever. Our pause wasn’t an ending, it was a reset. A chance to reflect on what our readers love most, reimagine our voice, and blossom into something even more powerful for the women who inspire us every day.
This relaunch issue is more than a magazine it’s a celebration. Inside these pages, you’ll discover a new era of Full Blossom: fresh faces, rising models, and celebrities who are redefining culture, beauty, and success on their own terms. We’ve partnered with trailblazing advertisers who believe in our mission to empower women, and we ’ re curating stories, fashion, and features that reflect the vibrant pulse of today’s woman fearless, stylish, and unapologetically herself.
What hasn’t changed? Our commitment to spotlighting women ’ s voices, shaping conversations that matter, and celebrating diversity in every form. We’re still the magazine that embraces beauty in all its shades, sizes, and styles but now, with an even sharper edge and a brighter vision.
As Full Blossom Magazine steps back onto the scene, we invite you to grow with us, laugh with us, and shine with us. This isn’t just our relaunch. It’s a rebirth. And trust us the best is yet to come.
With love & light,
Evron “Moments By Mello” Andrews Editor-in-Chief Full Blossom Magazine

What you eat, how much you move, how you manage stress it all matters. Studies show that regular exercise, limiting alcohol, and maintaining a healthy weight can lower your risk
No, it’s not a guarantee, but your daily choices are powerful prevention tools
Pink ribbons are a start, but they’re not enough Book your mammogram Share resources with your friends Donate to organizations funding research, not just marketing campaigns. Use your voice your post, your platform, your conversation at brunch to remind someone else to check themselves
Real Talk: Fear is the Enemy, Not Cancer
Breast cancer is scary But silence is scarier The truth is, most breast cancers are treatable when caught early. The bravest thing you can do is not ignore your body, not ignore the facts, and not ignore the conversation
This October, let’s go beyond pink and get real. Peel back the myths, peel back the fear and start saving lives, one conversation at a time.
Here are some practical and uplifting tips for maintaining your mental health as the days grow shorter this autumn:
1. Embrace Natural Light
Make the most of daylight by opening curtains wide and spending time outside, especially in the morning. Even short walks can help regulate your circadian rhythm and boost vitamin D levels, which are linked to mood.
2. Stay Physically Active
Movement is medicine yoga, dance, brisk walks, or even home workouts can reduce stress and elevate mood.
Try seasonal activities: apple picking, hiking under fall foliage, or raking leaves (turn chores into fun!)
3. Create Cozy & Positive Routines
Shorter days can feel heavy —combat this with rituals that bring comfort: journaling, reading, or brewing tea. A warm, inviting environment (candles, blankets, autumn scents) can nurture your sense of calm.
4. Stay Socially Connected
Seasonal changes can lead to isolation—counter it by scheduling time with friends, family, or community groups. Even quick check-ins by phone or video call can keep spirits lifted.
5. Engage Your Creativity
Lean into fall’s inspiration— try painting, cooking seasonal recipes, or redecorating with autumn colors.
Creativity acts as a mental reset, helping shift focus from stress to expression.

Shorter days may throw off your rhythm—set a consistent bedtime and avoid screens before sleep. Quality rest helps regulate mood and energy levels.
If you notice seasonal dips in mood, a light therapy lamp can help simulate sunlight. Talk with a doctor about supplements like vitamin D if needed.
Write down 3 things you’re grateful for each day it trains your brain to look for positives. Mindfulness meditation can help you stay grounded when darker days feel overwhelming. The key is to balance activity with rest, connection with selfcare, and to lean into the cozy joys of the season.
Halloween doesn’t have to mean draining your wallet at pricey costume shops. With a little creativity, you can turn what’s already in your closet or a couple of cheap finds online—into a headturning look. Here are a few tips to keep it economical and fabulous:
Model: Shuga Henry

1.Raid Your Closet Like It’s a Costume Shop
That black dress you only wore once? Add a witch hat and some eyeliner for instant glam witch. Got a white button-up? Pair it with messy hair and some smudged makeup you’re a mad scientist or a zombie doctor in seconds.
2 Accessorize on a Budget
Amazon and temporary pop-up Halloween shops are goldmines for under-$20 accessories. Devil horns, cat ears, fake blood, or oversized glasses can completely transform an outfit you already own.
3. DIY Makeup = Instant Costume
Skip the overpriced latex kits. A little black eyeliner can give you whiskers for a cat, hollowed cheekbones for a skeleton, or dramatic wings for a fallen angel. Makeup is the cheapest way to go from everyday to costume-ready.
4. Mix Everyday Fits with Halloween Staples
Think: black jeans + leather jacket + dollar-store fangs = vampire chic. Or red dress + devil horns = instant temptress. Sometimes one statement piece is all you need
5. Recycle & Reinvent
Borrow from friends, swap with family, or rework costumes from years past with a new twist. No one will remember last year’s outfit if you style it differently.
No matter what character you choose, confidence is the ultimate costume. Whether you’re a sultry witch, a bold superhero, or just rocking cat ears with your favorite dress, owning your look is what makes it unforgettable. Halloween is about fun, fantasy, and freedom so don’t be afraid to turn up the sexy. After all, the scariest thing you can be… is forgettable.

I love my beautiful and exotic country of Panama. The city of Panama is an amazing tropical paradise filled with flowers, history, culture & heritage We are a Caribbean culture of diverse indigenous people mixed with Spanish and African culture. Our food is an amazing authentic cuisine. Everything is all natural food.
Panama’s location made it an extremely important country on the map. The United States, Europe, Italy plus Spain wanted to build a canal so that ships can get to their destinations faster. So the Panama Canal was built in 1904 by Caribbean people from Jamaica, Haiti, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago along with the assistance of Africa slaves In my opinion Panama is the most wonderful place on earth and I would urge everyone to take a trip there at least once in their lifetime.
