Elizabeth Lewis is a managing director and the global head of sustainability for the Infrastructure Group at Blackstone She leads the integration of sustainability into the infrastructure investment process to mitigate risk and create value for portfolio companies and Infrastructure investors

Lewis has over two decades of experience in sustainability Prior to joining Blackstone, she was at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, leading engagement with investors, NGOs, governments, and other stakeholders on climate change. Earlier in her career, she served as the first head of sustainable investing at the World Resources Institute, an environmental NGO, and she was a principal at Global Environment Fund, a private equity fund focused on clean energy and sustainable forestry.
Lewis holds an A.B. in environmental science and public policy from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

As Ford’s VP, he leads a global team responsible for developing and implementing the company ’ s sustainability strategy and is responsible for global policies and performance related to the environment, human rights, and product safety. He is committed to Ford’s purpose to build a better world and is key to Ford’s goals to lead the electric vehicle revolution and achieve carbon neutrality across vehicles, facilities, and supply chain by 2050

Marissa Pagnani McGowan is L’Oréal’s chief sustainability officer for North America, where she stewards the company ’ s sustainability and transformation platform, L’Oréal for the Future, which aims to drive toward an increasingly sustainable business model and contribute to solving urgent environmental and social challenges In this role, she oversees L’Oréal’s bold commitments to climate action, water, preserving biodiversity and natural resources, as well as philanthropy, human rights, and social impact initiatives McGowan comes to L’Oréal from PVH Corp, one of the world’s largest global apparel companies, where she served as chief sustainability officer leading a global team responsible for the inception and implementation of PVH’s corporate responsibility strategy, which included priorities across environmental sustainability and human rights.
