Prices
All prices are in AUD, based on landonly twin share unless stated. Prices, taxes, and surcharges may change due to external factors. Credit/debit card fees apply.
Pre-tour Registration
A completed pre-tour registration form is required before your booking is confirmed.
Payment
- Deposit: AUD $200 per person (nonrefundable) within 5 days of invoice.
- Balance: Due 65 days before departure.
- Bookings within 35 days of departure: Full payment required at booking.
- Domestic/regional Asia flights: Payment required within 3 days.
Cancellations by Traveller
- 65+ days: Deposit forfeited
- 50–65 days: 25% fee
- 35–49 days: 50% fee
- <35 days: 100% fee
No refunds for unused services.
Amendments by Traveller
- One free amendment if 65+ days before departure (if space available).
- 50–65 days: AUD $300 per person.
- <50 days: Cancellation fees apply, new arrangements charged at full price.
- Additional fees may apply from airlines, hotels or other providers.
Changes by Third-Party Providers
Suppliers may change schedules, services, or prices. We will notify you where possible. Refunds may be available but some providers charge up to 100% cancellation fees.
Group Size
Maximum group size: 16 travellers (14 in Japan). Departures are guaranteed with at least 2 to 4 fully paid travellers.
