ItwasaThursday,andI had just come back from East Montgomery County expecting to make a quick salad, and write up a piece of a new massive D&B stylearcadethatIfoundin east county New Caney, buttheninmykitchenIgot distracted. I saw a flyer from ‘EGGS UP GRILL,’ the restaurant off of FM 3083 at the Conroe Marketplace located on the Interstate 45 feeder; and it had a hamburger on it. Truly it looked pretty tasty, and I sometimes growtiredofsalads. Soas I drove the one exit over, I was still trying to process ‘a burger, at a breakfast place?’ Ihadneverbeento Eggs Up before, so why not?
