We are offering a first-time-in-brand opportunity of value-oriented line flow French Fries in our Assoluti!® Valore brand. These products are line-flow French fries, intended to offer good performance and crispiness in a price conscious French fry option given the current imported French fry market. These are skin-off Straight Regular 3/8” Cut and Crinkle 1/2” Cut French Fries that compete well against other competing line flow French fries from other foodservice distributors and packer products.
Packed in 6/5-LB bags per box, these fries deliver big flavor without skimping on potato taste. By design, line flow French fries are shorter in length, often under 2 inches, and have a higher moisture content. Typically, they are uncoated and are processed to retain moisture making them a good option for those operators looking to maximize profits while offering a French fry with good flavor, crunch and taste. They are best served immediately after frying.
