1. Transfer of Ownership
The Artist hereby grants and transfers full ownership rights of the abovedescribed logo artwork to the Client. This includes all intellectual property rights, reproduction rights, and distribution rights across all platforms and mediums, including but not limited to:
• Print and digital merchandise
• Online and physical retail (e.g., Spreadshirt, Vistaprint, Amazon)
• Marketing, advertising, and promotional use
2. Waiver of Future Claims
The Artist waives any future claims to royalties, licensing fees, or usage restrictions. The Client may modify, reproduce, sell, or distribute the logo without further permission or compensation to the Artist.
3. Artist’s Credit (Optional)
The Client is not obligated to credit the Artist in future uses. However, if credit is given, it may reference:

4. Confirmation of Original Work
The Artist confirms that the logo is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights. The Artist agrees to indemnify the Client against any claims arising from copyright disputes.
5. Artist’s Right to Showcase Work
The Artist retains the non-exclusive right to display and reproduce the logo artwork for the purpose of portfolio presentation, promotional materials, and marketing of WEBBROTHER.ONLINE services. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Online portfolios and galleries
• Social media posts and promotional campaigns
• Printed materials and presentations showcasing the Artist’s work
This right does not extend to commercial resale or licensing of the logo to third parties. The Client’s ownership and exclusive commercial use remain unaffected.
