Dr Smith’s experience includes serving asEmergencyManager,FireandRescueDirector,DivisionChief,Special Security Coordinator, and Metropolitan Statistical Area Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) Administrator. Dr. Smith is credited with developing major preparedness programs that improve diversity and inclusion, ultimately refiningemergencyoperationsoutcomesthoroughly.
