ROYALE è oggi leader mondiale nella produzione, esclusivamente Made in Italy, di articoli in porcellana per la tavola, buffet e forno. Un’idea maturata nel 1986 per la mancanza sul mercato di un’azienda in grado di soddisfare le richieste, anche piccole, di una clientela sempre più esigente e attenta alla cottura e alla presentazione in tavola del prodotto.

Mentre inizialmente la produzione era limitata ad articoli di grandi dimensioni, realizzati esclusivamente per selezionate aziende, nel 1990, l’affermarsi del marchio stesso a livello nazionale ha permesso il lancio delle porcellane ROYALE con la costruzione di un nuovo stabilimento produttivo dotato di macchinari di ultima generazione.

Da qui l’inarrestabile ascesa che ha portato in pochissimi anni il prodotto sul palcoscenico mondiale.

Un successo dipeso dall’oculata scelta di articoli, dalla selezione dei materiali impiegati, dalla garanzia di resistenza dei prodotti data dalla qualità delle materie prime, dalla cottura a 1.320° e da un ciclo della durata di 24 ore.

Non meno importante, il processo produttivo affidato a tecnici e consulenti che vantano un’esperienza trentennale nel settore della porcellana.

Articoli totalmente esenti da piombo e soggetti a costanti controlli analitici per mantenere alti standards di qualità, perfino in grado di realizzare prodotti con una riduzione del 50% di emissione di CO2 nell’aria.

ROYALE is nowadays a world- leading company in the production, 100% Made in Italy, of tableware, oven-proof and buffet porcelain items.

An idea born in 1986 when, on the market, was missing a factory able to satisfy also the small and peculiar requests of a more demanding customers, more and more exigent and attentive to cooking and table presentation of the product.

At the beginning, the production was limited to a range of big- sized items, created exclusively for some clients; in 1990, the growth of the brand name in the Italian market allowed the definitive launch of the Royale oven-proof porcelains, also thanks to the construction of a new building equipped with the latest manufacturing machines.

In a few years, the products have been requested and appreciated all over the world: a success due especially to the great attention focused on the items range, to the careful choice of the raw materials, to the great resistance of the items, to the firing up temperature of 1320 °C in a cycle of 24 hours.

Last but not least, to a manufacturing process entrusted to technicians who have acquired a thirty-years experience in this field. Items totally lead-free and constantly checked to keep the quality standards very high, ROYALE is also an eco-frendly company as it’s able tosave up the 50% of carbon emissions in the environment.

C’è tanto del nostro tempo nella scomparsa delle tovaglie dai nuovi ristoranti. Abbiamo cominciato con le “americane”, poi siamo passati ai “runner” e un bel giorno lucidando il tavolo del nostro locale ci siamo chiesti se non fosse possibile appoggiarci direttamente il piatto e le posate. Ed è proprio per questi motivi che abbiamo pensato alla nostra modellazione, abbiamo pensato che fosse possibile attraverso la nostra esperienza ed artigianalità creare piccoli oggetti di design, belli esteticamente, igienici, ma soprattutto pratici ed utili.

The development of Ho.re.ca world has involved the service methods and habits of consumers that lasted for centuries.

A new way of living the table, reflection of request of speed and simplicity as well as the need to display a trendy mise-en-place, often real artistic masterpiece.

There is a lot of our times in the disappearance of tablecloth in new restaurants. We started with the “mats”, then we used the “runners” and one day, cleaning the table of our restaurant, we asked ourselves if it may be possible to put cutlery directly on the table.

It is for that reasons that we have conceived our modelling: we have thought that it could be possible by our experience and artisan-technique to create small design objects, aesthetically beautiful, hygienical, but above all practical and useful.

Nessuna restrizione per quanto riguarda l’utilizzo in forno, non teme il calore e le alte temperature, tranne quelle provenienti da “fiamma diretta”.

Our collection of Oven Porcelain is characterised by the maniacal selection of the raw materials used and by the guarantee of resistance offered by the final cooking at 1.320 degrees by a cycle of 24 hours.
