Annual Benefits Open Enrollment begins May 12th. Please review your health insurance options and other benefit elections for the upcoming fiscal year. We've scheduled multiple Health Benefits Information Sessions throughout May both in-person and virtual where specialists will guide you through plan changes and answer questions. I strongly encourage everyone to attend at least one session.
We’ve updated our Wellness Resources. The Wellness Portal is available to all staff with a WPS email. Kindness Carts are in each building and provide a great opportunity for acknowledging your co-workers.
Our HR team remains available to support you with any questions about benefits or other matters as we wrap-up the school year.

Provided Under the Connecticut State Partnership Plan
High Deductible Plans and Anthem Dental Plan End June 30, 2025
All staff eligible for health insurance plans need to inform us of their decisions concerning coverage for the 2025-2026 plan year during Open Enrollment beginning May 12th This means it is necessary to login to Paycom on or after May 12th and inform us of your decision to participate or waive coverage. This applies to medical, dental and the newly offered vision coverage. (See next page for Open Enrollment details).
* Plans or dependent information will NOT roll-over from the previous year. Coverage will end on June 30, 2025 , when elections are not indicated in Paycom for the upcoming plan year.*

Health Insurance Open-Enrollment for the 2025-2026 benefit year will begin on May 12th and ends on May 30th for the effective date of July 1, 2025. Open enrollment is your opportunity to make changes to your current status as well as add or remove dependents from your current coverage.

The introduction of kindness carts has been distributed in all locations as an enhancement to the health and wellness fair. The carts are anticipated to facilitate the daily expression of gratitude and encouragement, while offering a means for individuals to share supportive actions and compliments that enhance employee morale.
