The 19.8m M8 represents a new chapter for Prestige’s M-Line, offering the living space of an 85ft monohull with the poise and presence of a contemporary villa on the water. This deliberate reimagining of the multihull makes no reference to its sailing counterparts – as is often the case. Its proportions, hull design and flowing layout, therefore, offer a distinct identity within the market, blending aesthetic impact with genuine functional innovation.
Designed by long-time collaborators Garroni Design, and with naval architecture by Marc Lombard, the M8 combines performance with refinement. Twin hulls ensure natural stability, delivering a smooth cruising experience even in challenging conditions. A shallow draft and voluminous beam allow for extraordinary onboard comfort, with over 270sqm of living space that brings the outdoors in through generous glazing and expansive decks.
The design ethos centres on fluidity and calm. The main deck is laid out on a single level, with wide side decks and modular furniture enhancing flow and flexibility. The flybridge, spanning 50sqm, includes a full helm station, generous dining area and customisable lounge zones, all shaded by a hardtop for all-day comfort. From bow to stern, the exterior spaces are defined by an ease of movement that invites relaxation and exploration alike.
Inside, the M8 reveals a sophisticated Miami-inspired atmosphere. Interior decorator Valentina Militerno de Romedis has curated a palette and material selection that draws from the interplay of sea and sky, with new fabrics, finishes and custom furniture options that evoke a sense of effortless elegance. The galley can be placed
either on the main deck or in the hull, offering owners bespoke layout configurations to suit their lifestyle and preferences.
The owner’s suite – spanning the full beam and measuring 30sqm –feels more like a private apartment than a cabin, while three or four additional staterooms offer equally generous proportions. Each stateroom is equipped with ensuite facilities and thoughtfully integrated storage. There is also dedicated crew accommodation for up to four, reinforcing the yacht’s potential as both a private sanctuary and a lightly crewed vessel.
Every detail has been considered to create a tranquil onboard experience, down to the optional integration of solar panels and a substantial lithium battery bank.
